How long is the Golden Visa valid for?

The Portugal Golden Visa is initially valid for two years, after which it can be renewed for additional two-year periods as long as the investment is maintained and residency requirements are met. After five years, holders may apply for permanent residency or Portuguese citizenship, provided they meet the legal criteria.
