Automated Assistant: Our messages and calls come from an automated assistant working for Portugal Pathways, including calls that use an artificial voice. Ask for a person at any time and someone will get back to you.

Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Your Mobile Number: We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Opting Out: Reply STOP to any text message, or tell the assistant on any call, in that word or your own. Either one stops both the messages and the calls.

Getting Help: Reply HELP to any text message and we will tell you who we are and how to reach us.

What We Keep: Your messages and a written record of what was said on a call are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and provide our services, then deleted. We do not keep audio recordings of calls.
