This meant Felipe had free access to Schengen European member countries and is now paying 0% tax on his non-Portugal-based rental income.
 
Felipe was also interested in making connections in Quinta do Lago, and we were able to support him with introductions in this vibrant property-driven expat community in the Golden Triangle area of the Algarve. He desired to immerse himself in Portuguese culture, engage with like-minded individuals, and invest in local real estate.
